Team Leader /Lead Climber

• Location: Denmead, Hampshire

• Salary: £37,000 - £42,000

• Employment: Full-time Permanent

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced climber to take on the role of Team Leader within our growing Residential and Commercial tree surgery teams.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong work ethic, solid leadership skills, and a passion for arboriculture to step into a leadership position and help drive quality and efficiency across varied projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a small team on a range of tree work operations

• Carry out climbing and aerial tree work to a high standard

• Communicate effectively with clients and colleagues

• Ensure compliance with health and safety procedures at all times

• Support the ongoing development of junior staff

What We’re Looking For

• Proven climbing experience within arboriculture

• Strong leadership and team coordination skills

• Excellent communication and professionalism

• Relevant NPTC/Lantra qualifications

• Full UK driving licence
